PANELWEIGHT is an inverse probability weight for respondents of the longitudinal panel on family planning. PANELWEIGHT should be used in analyses of all questions on the female questionnaire for women who were interviewed in both Phase 1 and Phase 2 survey rounds.
For person records who were not women aged 15 to 49, or women who were not interviewed in both Phase 1 and Phase 2, the value of PANELWEIGHT is zero or missing.
