Description

BASELINEFOLLOW reports status of the female respondent to the baseline maternal and newborn health survey regarding completion of the baseline survey, whether they consented to participate in the panel for future follow-up surveys, or whether they turned out to be ineligible since the screening (for example, if she was no longer pregnant).

The question associated with this variable was included in the maternal and newborn health baseline survey.
