Comparability

For the Uganda 2018 sample, the questionnaire included 4 response categories: "Strongly disagree," "Somewhat disagree," "Somewhat agree," and "Strongly agree."

For the Ethiopia 2019 sample, the questionnaire included the above response categories and an additional neutral response category "Neither agree nor disagree."
