Description

For service delivery points that provide labor and delivery care, DELIVROOMHEAT reports whether there is a functional heat source in the delivery room.

The enumerator was instructed to record for heat in at least one delivery room and to include heat sources that are within the room and functioning. The heat source must be electrical and does not include extra clothing or blankets. If the only heat source is for the newborn corner, the enumerator was instructed to select "No".
