Description

BFPLANTIME, together with BFPLANVAL, reports for how long the woman is planning to breastfeed the child with which she is currently pregnant.

Note that this variable reports only a specific unit of time, i.e. months or years, not the actual duration of the interval. The specific number of months or years is reported in BFPLANVAL. Users must use both BFPLANTIME and BFPLANVAL to determine the exact amount of time that the woman plans to breastfeed.
