Description
CHGBLEEDMORE indicates whether the woman has experienced heavier bleeding as a change in her menstrual period since she started using her current family planning method. The woman could report more than one change in her menstrual period.
The question associated with this variable was included in the female questionnaire.
Universe
- Ethiopia 2019 PMAET Female and Household: Women aged 15-49 who are either currently using or recently used (or whose partner is currently or recently used) one of the following methods of contraception in the past two years: female or male sterilization, implants, injectables, standard cycle beads, an IUD, or birth control pills.
- Uganda 2018 Round 6 Female and Household: Women aged 15-49 who are currently using a family planning method and have experienced side effects.
- Uganda 2019 Female and Household (R6 Follow up): Women aged 15-49 who are either currently using or recently used (or whose partner is currently or recently used) one of the following methods of contraception in the past two years: implants, injectables, an IUD, or birth control pills.
