CONOUTDAY is a 4-digit numeric variable except for the following codes:
9994 = Not interviewed (SDP questionnaire) 9997 = Don't know 9998 = No response or missing 9999 = NIU (not in universe)
CONOUTDAY reports how many days male condoms have been out of stock (see CONOBS) from a facility that normally provides male condoms (see CONPROV).
The question associated with this variable was included in the service delivery point questionnaire.
There are no comparability issues.
