Description

For service delivery points that provide labor and delivery care, DELIVROOMNUM reports the number of delivery rooms.

The enumerator was instructed to ask to observe the rooms used for vaginal deliveries to verify the reported number. If these rooms were the same rooms used for labor as reported in LABORROOMNUM, the enumerator was instructed to record the response as "None of the above."

The question associated with this variable was included in the service delivery point questionnaire.
