Description
FPMETHPROSISINLAW indicates whether the sister(s) in law of the woman influences her decision to use a family planning method. The woman can report more than one person that influences her decision besides her and her husband or partner.
The response category "No one" indicates that the woman reported that she is not influenced by anyone besides her and her husband or partner.
A related variable FPMETHCONSISINLAW indicates whether the sister(s) in law influences the woman not to use a family planning method.
The question associated with this variable was included in the female questionnaire.
