FPTOLDLAM reports whether the woman was told by her family planning provider that she could use breastfeeding when she received her current modern family planning method.
Note that in Burkina Faso 2021, the documented universe does not exactly match the data.

Universe
- Burkina Faso 2021 Female and Household: Women aged 15-49 who are current family planning users not using rhythm, withdrawal, or another traditional method, who were told about other methods by a provider when last receiving the family planning method, and started using their current method in the past 12 months.
- Ethiopia 2019 PMAET Female and Household: Women aged 15-49 who are currently using or in the past 2 years have used sterilization, injectables, IUD, implants, pills, or standard days method.
