Comparability
In early samples, this question was administered to service delivery points that provide any family planning services at all. In later samples, respondents were only asked how much their facility charges for those contraceptive methods that they actually provide. Hence, the proportion of "No" responses may be higher in early samples, while the proportion of facilities marked "NIU" may be higher in later samples. See universe tab for details.
