Description
LASTTWINS reports whether the woman’s most recent birth was a multiple birth, such as twins or triplets.
The question associated with this variable was included in the female nutrition questionnaire.
Comparability
There are differences in universes across samples. See the Universe tab for more information.
Question wording also changed over time. In 2017 samples, respondents were asked if they had twins in their most recent birth. In 2018 samples, respondents were asked if their most recent birth was a single or multiple birth.
