Description
If a woman did not visit a health facility in the last 6 months, NVYCHW indicates whether the reason was because a community health worker (CHW) provided care in her home or community. The woman could report multiple reasons for not visiting a health facility.
This question is included as part of the Primary Health Care module, which is included in certain female questionnaires. These questions pertain to the woman's attitudes towards and utilization of health care services.

- Women aged 15-49 who have not visited a health facility seeking care for self / family member within past 6 months.
