If a woman did not visit a health facility in the last 6 months, NVYINS indicates whether the reason was because she had no insurance coverage or had expired insurance coverage. The woman could report multiple reasons for not visiting a health facility.
This question is included as part of the Primary Health Care module, which is included in certain female questionnaires. These questions pertain to the woman's attitudes towards and utilization of health care services.
