Description

PANELONLYDWELLING indicates whether the household was a panel only or cross section and panel household in the previous phase (referring to Phase 2 in Phase 3 samples, and referring to Phase 3 in Phase 4 samples). This variable was calculated by PMA for the Phase 3 and Phase 4 datasets.
