Description

For respondents who have heard or read about the recent Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, PREVMASK indicates whether the woman thinks wearing something that covers her mouth and nose when she goes out (a mask) can reduce the risk of being infected.

The question associated with this variable was included in the female COVID-19 phone survey questionnaire.
