Description

For facilities that provide family planning, labor and delivery care, PROVASSISTDEL3MO reports whether health workers at the facility have provided instrument/assisted deliveries in the past three months. These deliveries include the use of obstetric forceps and manual vacuum extractors. This question reports health services provided in the past three months, not the training of staff members to provide this service.
