Description

For women who have visited a health facility in the past 6 months, RATEQUAL reports the overall quality of care received on her most recent visit after taking everything into account.

This question is included as part of the Primary Health Care module, which is included in certain female questionnaires. These questions pertain to the woman's attitudes towards and utilization of health care services.

Comparability

There is a slight variation in universe conditions across samples. While women were asked to consider visits seeking treatment for either herself or her child in some samples, others were asked to consider visits for herself or any other family member. See universe tab for more information.

Universe

  • Ghana 2016 Round 5 Female and Household: Women aged 15-49 who have visited a health facility for herself or her child in the past 6 months.
  • Ghana 2017 Round 6 Female and Household: Women aged 15-49 who have visited a health facility for herself or a family member in the past 6 months.
