Description

For women who have sought care for herself or a family member at a health facility in the past 6 months, RATETRUST2 reports how well the woman trusts the skills and abilities of the health workers at the facility she last visited.

Samples containing RATETRUST2 prompt women to rate their trust on a 5-point scale with options ranging from "not at all" to "very much". Other samples contain a similar variable, RATETRUST1, which prompts women to rate their trust on a 4-point scale ranging from "strongly agree" to "strongly disagree".

This question is included as part of the Primary Health Care module, which is included in certain female questionnaires. These questions pertain to the woman's attitudes towards and utilization of health care services.
