Values for this variable represent a number of fresh stillbirths, except for the following codes:
94 = Not interviewed (female questionnaire)
99 = NIU (not in universe)
For facilities that distinguish between fresh and macerated stillbirths in the maternity register, STILLFRMO indicates the number of fresh stillbirths that occurred at the facility in the last completed month.
