Description
TOILETEMPTYVAL, together with TOILETEMPTY, indicates the time passed since the household's main toilet facility was emptied.
Note that the codes in this variable are not reported in a specific unit of time i.e. months or years. Rather, the unit of time in which the household member responded is reported in TOILETEMPTY. Users must use both TOILETEMPTYVAL and TOILETEMPTY to determine the exact amount of time passed since the household's main toilet facility was emptied.

Universe
- Persons in households in which the main toilet facility is a flush/pour flush toilet connected to a septic tank or pit latrine, a ventilated improved pit latrine, a pit latrine with slab, a pit latrine without slab, or a composting toilet and who know that the toilet facility has been emptied at least once in the past months or years.
