Description
For service delivery points that offer both family planning and immunization services, VAXFPOFF reports whether a woman that came into the facility today for her child’s immunization would be offered family planning counseling and services during this visit.
Note that for Health Extension Workers (HEWs), family planning provided includes both at the facility and in the community.
