Description
VAXIPV reports whether polio (IPV) vaccine was observed by the interviewer (at least one valid dose), reported by the respondent but not observed, or not available.
In the case that the respondent knew of another provider that would be better able to answer questions related to the facility's immunization service readiness, the enumerator was instructed to ask to be referred to that provider.
The question associated with this variable was included in the service delivery point questionnaire.
