Description
FPFACTEXAM indicates whether, in response to an open-ended question, the woman reported that a method that doesn't require a pelvic exam is an important factor in choosing which family planning method to use.
This question is included as part of the Contraceptive Acceptability Questions section, which is included in certain female questionnaires. These questions pertain to the woman's contraceptive preferences and attitudes towards new methods that are being developed.
The question associated with this variable was included in the female questionnaire.

- Burkina Faso 2016 Round 4 Female and Household: Women age 15-49 who consented to be asked Contraceptive Acceptability Questions and who would consider using a new method at some point in the future.
- Uganda 2016 Round 4 Female and Household: Women age 15-49 who consented to be asked Contraceptive Acceptability Questions; and who are currently using contraception, intend to use in the future, or would consider using a new method at some point in the future.
