996 = Not interviewed (household questionnaire)
997 = Don't know
998 = No response or missing
999 = NIU (not in universe)

Description

AGEMONTHSHIGH reports the child's or woman's age in months. AGEMONTHSHIGH differs (AGE) in that it is calculated from the child's reported birthdate. When the month of the child is unknown, AGEMONTHSHIGH gives the highest number of months old the child could be given the child's year of birth.
