99994 = Not interviewed (SDP questionnaire)
99998 = No response or missing

Description

FACILITYID is a numeric variable that identifies the service delivery point facility. FACILITYID remains constant across survey rounds, so records of the same facility can be linked between samples of the same country.

Note that FACILITYID values are not necessarily unique across EAID. To correctly match facilities across samples, match using both FACILITYID and EAID.

Comparability

For service delivery point questionnaires, the universe for this variable is "All service delivery points." For female client exit interview questionnaires, the universe for this variable is "Women aged 15-49."
