Description
FPDISCOURAGED reports to what extent the woman agrees that, during the family planning consultation when she received her most recent or current method, she felt the provider discouraged her from using contraception because of her age, marital status, or parity (number of children born).
The question associated with this variable was included in the female questionnaire.

- Women aged 15-49 who were currently using a family planning method or had used a method in the past 2 years.
