Description

FPMETHRECSTOP, together with FPMETHRECSTOPVAL, indicates the time passed since the woman stopped using her most recent family planning method, if she hasn't used a method in the last 12 months.

Note that this variable only report units of time, i.e., days, weeks, months, or years, not the actual duration of the interval. The specific number of days, weeks, months, or years is reported in FPMETHRECSTOPVAL. Users must use both FPMETHRECSTOP and FPMETHRECSTOPVAL to determine the exact amount of time passed since the woman stopped using her most recent family planning method.
