Description

HSOTHER indicates whether a reason "other" that those listed on the questionnaire was one of the most important factors that influence the woman's decision about where to seek health services (users may consult HSOTHERSP for specification of this "other" reason). Note that the woman can report more than one important factor. The variable HLTHFACTOR reports the most important factor that influences the woman's decision about where to seek health services.

This question is included as part of the Primary Health Care module, which is included in certain female questionnaires. These questions pertain to the woman's attitudes towards and utilization of health care services.
