Description
For all older children aged 2-5 living in a household with an infant under age 2 and a woman aged 10-49 who has given birth more than once, including once in the last 5 years, OTKTWINS indicates whether this child was part of a twin birth.
Users should note that this variable refers only to a woman's older children, such that it excludes the child (or twin children) from her most recent birth (see LASTTWINS).
Users should further note that, although the universe for this variable includes only women who gave birth within 5 years, the child in question may be any of a woman's older children (including those born more than 5 years ago).
