Description
PREGTIMETYP, together with PREGTIMETYPVAL, reports how long the woman believes that it typically takes for any woman to become pregnant from when they begin trying.
Note that this variable reports only a specific unit of time (days, weeks, months, or years) and not the actual duration of the time period. The specific number of this unit of time is reported in PREGTIMETYPVAL. Users must use both PREGTIMETYP and PREGTIMETYPVAL to determine the exact amount of time the woman reports as typical for this time period.
The question associated with this variable was included in the female questionnaire.
