Description
TOILETEMPTY, together with TOILETEMPTYVAL, indicates the time passed since the household's main toilet facility was emptied.
Note that this variable only reports units of time, i.e. months or years, not the actual duration of the interval. The specific number of days, weeks, months, or years is reported in TOILETEMPTYVAL. Users must use both TOILETEMPTY and TOILETEMPTYVAL to determine the exact amount of time passed since the household's main toilet facility was emptied.

Universe
- Persons in households in which the main toilet facility is a flush/pour flush toilet connected to a septic tank or pit latrine, a ventilated improved pit latrine, a pit latrine with slab, a pit latrine without slab, or a composting toilet and who know that the toilet facility has been emptied at least once in the past months or years.
