This is a 3-digit numeric variable that represents a number of staff, except for the following codes:

994 = Not interviewed (SDP questionnaire)
997 = Don't know
998 = No response or missing
999 = NIU (not in universe)

Description

MIDWIFEPRES reports the number of midwives/male midwives present at the service delivery point at any time during the day that the survey was collected.
