Description
FPPOSTPWHENVAL, together with FPPOSTPWHEN, indicates the time passed after the woman's most recent birth until when she started using a family planning method, or doing something to delay or avoid pregnancy.
Note that the codes in this variable are not reported in a specific unit of time i.e., days, weeks, months, or years. Rather, the unit of time in which the woman responded is reported in FPPOSTPWHEN. Users must use both FPPOSTPWHENVAL and FPPOSTPWHEN to determine the exact amount of time passed after the woman's most recent birth until when she started using a family planning method.
